About the Founder – Zeynep Merve Gulik
Zeynep Merve Gulik is the founder of UniqMember, a platform built to make recognition visible, measurable, and inclusive. With a background in industrial engineering and hands-on experience leading digital transformation projects in insurance, health tech, and public services, she has a track record of designing systems that solve real-world problems.
Merve’s work blends technology, accessibility, and impact measurement. She launched UniqMember to address a gap she saw repeatedly: talented individuals, especially those with disabilities, were contributing meaningfully but receiving little formal recognition.
Now pursuing graduate studies in Technology Innovation Management at Carleton University, Merve is building UniqMember to empower both individuals and employers to prove progress — with purpose.
